I support clients of all ages and backgrounds with a variety of problems in locations across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire (including Slough, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Reading, Bracknell, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Aylesbury and more). Unlike many other private therapists and counselors, I am qualified to use a variety of psychological approaches. These include; Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy™ and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). Having experience and training in such a broad spectrum of psychological care means that therapy can be individually tailored to suit each client’s specific needs and preferences. Whilst some clients express a preference for a particular type of therapy (e.g. hypnotherapy to help them quit smoking), others are happy for me to use an appropriate mix of approaches (Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT can be very powerful tools when used together).
